Daily activities

During the 14-day challenge, there will be daily meditation, pranayama (breathing), asana (movement), yoga Nidra (guided relaxation), and journaling. You will start off the first five days with 5-mins of each category and work your way up to 15-minuntes by the end of the challenge.

Meet the Founder of vetoga and how he struggled with his own mental health and how yoga saved him

Justin Blazejewski

Justin is a Marine Corps veteran who spend over ten years in Iraq and Afghanistan. After years of constant travel, Justin realized the effects of the war zone were taking their toll and started recognizing he how mental health being compromised. At that time Justin was in a dark mental space and was contemplating suicided.
