About the 2019 VetoGala

Join VETOGA and partners at Seward Realty Group of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty as we celebrate our 4th annual fundraising gala.

VETOGA is a veteran run non-profit whose mission is to provide yoga, meditation, and healing arts to active-duty military, veterans, their families and communities. This event helps our military and veterans become Yoga Instructors and will bring the healing benefits of yoga back to their communities.

We will have great food, amazing drinks, raffles, silent auctions and live music!!

Admission cost comes with dinner, beer, wine, cider and live music (Vegan options available) Raffle tickets are available for amazing auction items! Silent auction will be on-going all night.

All proceeds going to VETOGA’s Teacher Training Program.

On October 16th, we gathered to dine and share powerful stories at the Here to Flow fundraising dinner in Fall Church, VA.  Special thanks to every one of you that participated, along with Trio Grill, Eye Eaters Society, and lululemon for their support!  We’re feeling very inspired by our veterans’ stories of healing and transformation through yoga.

Take the Time to Give Back

July is when we celebrate our nation’s Freedom and take the time to give back to those who provided that Freedom.

HOW- Offer a donation-based Yoga or Fitness class in the month of July at your local yoga studio or gym with a goal of raising $250-500.

WHY- To help raise funds for a Veteran to become a Yoga instructor in their community.

GOAL- Raise $50,000 to pay for 20 veterans to attend the 2016 VETOGA Teacher Training.
